"Having done yoga at various classes, on and off, for over 30 years, I was thrilled when Vicky offered a class here in the village. No carbon footprint to get there, and no excuses re travel time! And right in the heart of our community, enriching our village life.
I find Vicky an inspirational teacher, weaving this life giving practice into the reality of the ups and downs of everyday.
She encourages whilst believing we can grow and aim high for the joy of living. It’s challenging, fun, and liberating. I highly recommend joining this class."

"Vicky is the first yoga teacher in many years of trying various classes that gives me exactly what I am looking for. A balanced approach to stretching, calmness and breathing delivered in a manner I can relate to.
It's a strange thing to say but a yoga teachers voice is important and yours is very easy to listen to and gently delivered."

"I am so glad that I started yoga with Vicky. I was feeling old and sluggish due to menopause symptoms which were gradually taking over my life. So, I decided that I had to do something about it, something that was just for me, seeing the Facebook advert came at just the right time for me. What an eye (and hip) opener it has been for me. I am benefiting in so many ways, my joints are less achey, I am a bit bendier and becoming stronger, not just physically but mentally too.
I am learning to flex my mindfulness muscle and focusing on myself more. By using breathing techniques that we learn in class I am certainly calmer dealing with all the varying demands on my time.
Vicky is a fantastic yoga teacher; she explains what, how and why we are doing the moves that we do, whilst giving us tips on modifying the moves if they are beyond our capabilities. I am so very grateful to Vicky, she is kind, patient and inspirational, and I would urge anyone thinking of joining to take the plunge, it may just change your life for the better!"

"Since starting yoga my mind feels clearer as well as my body. Menopause caused me a lot of joint pain and weight gain, my joints have improved throughout my sessions and with that my depression has lifted also. I use a lot of yoga movements during the day when aches appear and breathing techniques when stressful situations loom.’"

"Joi Yoga on a Thursday morning is an ideal way to wake up your body, it really does give you energy for the rest of the day, Vicky is brilliant at explaining the positions and everyone is encouraged to do only what their body is happy with."

"Vicky is the most wonderful yoga teacher. She has the most brilliant relaxing sessions that she personalises to our ability. As a first time yoga starter I was nervous but Vicky has built us all up over the weeks. It has helped no end with my anxiety and ability to relax. I wait for the lessons each week and feel amazing afterwards. This isn’t some kind of pressured gym bunny session where you find yourself playing twister, she is truly supportive and makes everyone feel very welcome. No judgement and says we must do what feels best/most comfortable for us. I would recommend her to anyone looking to start yoga. Vicky is a brilliant find in my quest for healthy mind and body!"
